Pictured is our new trainee. She is young but has a family instinct to stick to the customer
and just knows when they require attention without being bothersome about it.
When you order beer, she not only brings you the bottle but a frozen glass with it.
Understanding that Louisiana heat requires a special temperature to drink beer and to
make you say "ahhhh" after the first swallow.
